Yeah but I can't do that many reps. I can't barely do 2 sets of 8 reps. Everyone just keeps push yourself and you'll get stronger. But I don't see any improvement.

i started out at about 20 reps per set, and worked my way up to about 45. i didnt do all the exercises the same day i did half one day and haf the next, so my body wouldnt get use to the same exercies. then rest for one or two days so my body can recover. but before i started i did the master cleanse thing ( http://tiffany910.xhmtl.hop.clickbank.net/ )that same thing beyonce did so my body could have a fresh start, and expel toxins, and absord all the vitamins, and protein i was taking, thus having much better results, the girl ms_sweetie26@hotmail.com gave me those tips, and they worked very well. try the way i did and see what happens.

i did "the women's bible" and it worked for me. i did no where near 400 squats a day. im to lazy for that. just because something is giving u a hard time, you shouldn't discourage others from trying. maybe u werent doing something right.

I have the butt basics and the women's bible and THEY DON'T WORK! You have to do over 400 squats a day to get results and if you're someone who doesn't work out, then it really doesn't help. Even their updated version had nothing to offer in the so called beginners section. It a waste of money when you can just google exercises for free. AND NO I'M NOT GONNA SEND IT TO ANYONE, IT DOESN'T WORK SO THAT'S NO POINT. WHY SHOULD I, IF I KNOW IT ISN'T GONNA HELP YOU.

Hi I have been surfing the web on how to get a bigger and better butt and came across this page. You all seem to be talking about this E book. Does it work?? I am a single mother and after having my son I was not very happy about my body (mostly my butt) I have lost my self confidence and mostly spend nights at home alone with my son. Which isn't to bad, he is great :-) But it's time I get back to having a life maybe find a husband...lol

Since no one sent me the book I went out and bought it myself! :P I got it last night and am just SO in love. It is so awesome and I really see results after only 3 days. No, not all dramatic but you can tell. I didn't by the light version. I bought the body bible. So cool am grateful. I honestly wont give it because its not fair that I pay for it and no one else does. The good thing is if a lot of people bug them to lower the prices then they will put the book on sale again so I would get the buggin them with prices you can afford. START BUGGIN!!!
